• LIPOSUZIONE/LIPOSCULTURA

Consiste nell'aspirare i depositi di grasso in eccesso.

E' indicata per gli accumuli di grasso nelle coscie, nei fianchi bassi (culotte de cheval), medi (regione trocanterica) o alti, nell'interno coscia e interno ginocchio, nell'adddome e nelle braccia (se la cute è trofica), nei casi in cui la quantità ditessuto adiposo sia eccessiva e diffcilmente rimovibile tramite metodiche meno invasive (vedi ultrashape).

Attraverso delle piccole incisioni di 2-3 mm nascoste nelle pieghe o nei solchi cutanei si inseriscono delle microcannule collegate ad un aspiratore.

Il grasso aspirato non ha la capacità di riformarsi ma è necessario controllare l'alimentazione dopo l'intervento per non fare in modo che cellule adipose contigue aumentino di volume.

- Esami preliminari:
emocromo,formula, VES, glicemia, azotemia, creatininemia, PTT, tempo di protrombina, CPK, elettroliti, colinesterasi. ECG

- Anestesia:
generale ma in alcuni casi anche locale con sedazione.

- Degenza:
una notte

LIPOSUCTION/LIPOSCULPTURE

It consists of suction of the redundant deposits of fat.
