Mastoplastica Additiva
L’intervento di Mastoplastica Additiva permette di
aumentare e rimodellare il seno della paziente grazie all’utilizzo
di protesi biocompatibili.
Alcune donne infatti desiderano solamente un aumento delle
dimensioni del proprio seno senza modificarne la forma e
la naturalezza, altre sono anche alla ricerca di una correzione
della forma talvolta cadente o poca piena superiormente.
E’ indispensabile utilizzare le più moderne
ed adatte tecniche chirurgiche, sviluppate attraverso un
continuo aggiornamento scientifico e l’esperienza
costantemente accumulata grazie alla chirurgia ricostruttiva.
Le protesi di ultima generazione utilizzate, oltre ad essere
realizzate con i gel di silicone più moderni, sono
presenti in ben 292 protesi caratterizzate da diverso volume,
forma e consistenza.
Infatti, a seconda delle caratteristiche di partenza della
mammella e del desiderio della paziente, è possibile
scegliere di utilizzare una protesi più piena nella
porzione superiore, più o meno proiettata, meglio
rappresentante la conicità mammaria e di più
morbida consistenza.
Le caratteristiche morfologiche della paziente, come il
BMI, il pinch-tickness test, il trofismo cutaneo e lo spessore
adiposo condizioneranno la scelta della tecnica chirurgica
e la posizione della protesi che potrà essere posizionata
direttamente dietro alla ghiandola mammaria oppure parzialmente
ricoperta dal muscolo pettorale (tramite tecnica Dual Plane
Modificata dal Dr. Nava).
La complicanza più frequente di questo intervento
è rappresentata dalla comparsa di una capsula fibrosa
peri-protesica che, in una minoranza dei casi, può
provocare fastidio locale, visibilità della protesi
e persino dolore.

azotemia, creatininemia, transaminasi, colinesterasi, elettroliti,bilirubinemia,

Prima dell'intervento è necessario sottoporsi ad
un esame ecografico o mammografico.

Degenza: una notte.

Immediato post-operatorio: le mammelle devono essere medicate
per una settimana e sostenute da un apposito reggiseno per
circa venti giorni. |
Addictive
mastoplasty.
Addictive Mastoplasty treatment allows to increase and to
reshape breasts of the patient by means of the application
of biocompatible prosthesis.
Some women desire to increase the dimensions of their breasts
without modifying their form and the natural appearance,
others however are looking forward also to correct their
falling or superiorly flat form.
It is necessary to use the most modern and adeguate surgical
techniques, developed through a continuous scientific updating
and adding the experience, accumulated constantly through
exercising reconstructive surgery.
The prostheses of last generation, made of modern gels of
silicone, are represented by more then 292 models, characterized
by different volume, form and consistence.
Evaluating the initial characteristics of the breast and
the patient’s wish, it is possible to choose: fuller
superiorly prostheses, presenting bigger or smaller projection,
well present mammary conicity and softer consistence.
All the following: morphological characteristics of the
patient as the BMI, the pinch-tickness test, the cutaneous
trophism and the adipose thickness condition the choice
of the surgical technique and the positioning of the prosthesis,
that can be directly placed behind the mammary gland or
partially covered by the pectoral muscle (through a technique
Dual Plane Modified by the Dr. Nava).
The most frequent complicance of this surgery is the appearance
of a periprosthesis fibrous capsule, however only in the
minority of cases provokes: local bothering, visibility
of the prosthesis from the extern and pain.
Preliminary exams: cpk, hemochrome, formula, ves, blood
glucose, blood urea, creatininemia, transaminases, cholynestherase,
electrolytes, bilirubinemia, protein electrophoresis, urine
test, ECG,
Before the surgery the ultrasound, as well as mammography
is requested.
- Anaesthesia: general.
- Hospitalization: one night.
- Post-surgery: breasts must be medicated for a week and
than for about twenty days sustained by a special bra.
